BG extra virgin olive oil - ORGANIC � is produced from the organically gown olive (in the hills surrounding Verona hand harvested at the perfect time. The olives are first pressed and cold pressed in the traditional way to ensure that the oil retains its natural organoleptic properties.  The result is a particularly delicately flavored oil with an exquisitely perfumed fruity aroma, golden yellow in color with hints of green. 

The AIAB (Associazione Italiana per L`Agricoltura Biologica), guarantees to the consumer that the oil as been produced with organic olives using the production methods specified by the Italian Ministry of Agriculture as well the EEC.
